Cutting is a coping method. When you do it, endorphins are released from the brain, which is why people say it feels good. This urge to cut stems from the fact that you're trying to cope with all of your built up feelings & emotions. You need to find a different way to deal with all of these emotions when you and your boyfriend are fighting. I know that when I’m really upset, running helps calm me down so much. Endorphins are also released when you exercise, which makes running such a better and healthier alternative. Another great way to deal with these emotions is to write them out. I'd totally recommend keeping a journal.
it all depend actually on how big of a fight it is, but no man is worth hurting yourself over, trust me. you love him and cant live without him. but see it this way if you fight, remind yourself that aleast he is still your boyfriend, and love can overcome that fight.
i know, he hates it when i do it but its a feeling that i cant help, im afriad to do it so i dont think i will, but its scary how its the only thing i think about :/

I dont know how to explain it but I get that feeling as well. I have done it and ended up in hospital so i dont recomend you doing it
