Election Day

For all my US friends, (non-residents opinions welcome too) Do you know who you are voting for? Should we just go to the poles and just hit the button with our eyes closed and hope we made the right choice?

Answer #1

In 2000 and 2004 I voted with my eyes closed, and both times I was left with a hanging chad.

Answer #2

As far as the Presidency goes, I’m voting for Bob Barr. I haven’t decided on all the other offices yet, but am inclined to pull the Libertarian lever since I’m running out of time to decide.

Answer #3

writing in Christopher Walken…yeah.

but if I wasnt doing that, it would definitely be Obama. I dont think we can handle another 4-8 years of a Bush-like administration.

Answer #4

vote for who you think is the right one. be persuaded by your own mind. then you can live with it better. you never know what they are going to do until they get in anyway.

Answer #5

Yes, definitely voting for McCain/Palin - the best choice for America and no-one should go vote uninformed, or with blinders on, joining the ranks of the Sheeple.

Answer #6

“no-one should go vote uninformed, or with blinders on, joining the ranks of the Sheeple.”

amblessed, you are so right. And after two election cycles that saw fear and lies as the primary means of getting elected and maintaining power, most of the “sheeple” have woken up, taken off their blinders, and are demanding change. They have clearly seen what leadership looks like, and it doesn’t look like McCain. But some of the sheeple are too entrenched in their ideology and dogmatic rhetoric to see the truth.

Answer #7

jimahl, that’s as good a method as any!

Answer #8
