Eating habbits! I have an eating habbit were I eat at certian times

ok like every day when I get home I like totaly pig out on bread and its bad and my scale has bin showing it!! im not actualy even hungry! my brain tells me to eat but I dont want too!!! my toung does! what do I do other than just puting together stuff!

first, white bread is not good, try wheat bread. whenever your hungry get some fruit or a shake. that akways fills me up. also try and run a lot or jmmping jacks, that always pumps the heart and helps circulate the blood. and after doing that get some water or maybe a sandwich or something. whenever you arent hungry dont eat. I only eat when my mom calls “dinner,lunch,breakfest,snack!”
