I really don't think it matters what meal you ate...if you're going to bed after the meal it's probably not so good, unless you are only taking a short nap
No, often I like a nap...It's just the heavy dinner that sits till morning making you burp...better to eat two hours before bedtime...
its not good going to bed with a full stomach.. there is no way to burn off all the calories which will cause you to gain weight.
