Eating 5-6 small meals a day

Sooo I wanted 2 know who tried this! I tried it 4 1 day and I felt so full of energy and happy the entire day and felt satisfied but then towards the end of the day I got more and more hungry! So who's tried this, how much weight did you lose in how much time? Its not really a diet and more of a new, healthy way 2 eat so I'm thinking within time, like everything, it will get easier 2 fight off the crave 4 those late night munchies and hunger pangs. Is it? Thanksss! And let me know if you exercise 2!
