Dyslexia is not one of those medication type fixes...its something that can only be treated by actual working on it. Depending how severe the situation is, it can be helped but never gone! A few good sessions for a long period of time can help as well!
Ignoring it. wont give you pleasing results...but hey that is just my own opinion...try seeking help fm someone more professional!
Agreed with torturdochaos. It would be most frustrating to get your Bs and Ds mixed up and seeing 9s as 6s. I suppose if this is any comfort, at least you are not colour blind. :)
Unfortunately with dyslexia it does have a way of messing up your schooling so if it is getting worse see a specialist.
I don't think you an really 'treat' dyslexia. Just learn to cope with it. So I guess it would depend on the person. So people may learn to cope with it w/o a problem, while others would need additional help.
