Drunk Sex

Here in Britain a guy can be charged with rape if the girl can prove that she was too drunk to give consent to sex.

This can even happen if the girl instigates the sex and says yes!

It is all about the girls capacity to make choices and how much that capacity is affected by alcohol. (or drugs)

its hard to say since you were drunk, that doesnt help as you loose you inhibitions when your drunk making you more able to agree to soemthing you wouldnt do something you wouldnt, ect so it is partially your fault for being drunk especially if you came onto him in that case there isnt much you can do howevere if he knew you hated him, knew you didnt ever want to sleep with him but agreed to it because you were drunk then you might be able to do something try to ask other people if they remember how you acted dont just rely on what he said though I doubt theres anything you can do if you came onto him while drunk you can also try calling the police and explain what happened. see if theyll do anything
