How do I dress up like a hippy?

I have a costume party coming up and I want to dress up like a hippy. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to mix and match clothing to suit the hippy look. What style should my make up be? Dark or light. And also what colors do hippy clothing range from?

Put one of those dresses with some bunch of colours and, maybe a long wig.

Tie die head band going around your head peace signs doves flared jeans or ripped jeans flowery stuff

Put on a flowy, airy dress and a belt, and wear purple eyeshadow and plum/rouge lipstick. Peace sign necklace, daisy chains, platform shoes, lots of coloured bangles, 70s sun-glasses, curly, wavy natural hair, headband or bandanna, lots of rings, anklets, painted nails, maybe you could get some body paint and paint a star on your cheek and a rainbow on your arm or something?
