downloading javascript

my internet says I have to download javascript. im not “great” with computers(^like downloading that kind of stuff) what are the steps to downloading it?

Go to http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp. they explain what javascript is and also gives you a link to download it.

Depending on which operating system you have click on anyone of the links on that site to download it. (I am assuming you hve windows so click on one of the top two)

Then it will open a file , click on save as and wait for it todownload. double click on the file where you saved it and then just follow the instructions to install it.
