no it won't. semen/cum wont affect your pregnancy. your baby is quite protected in the amniotic fluid in your uterus. Unless your experiencing pain or bleeding I wouldn't worry to much, of course if your really concerned, it never hurts to check with your doctor.
cum is not gonna harm your kid or anything right now by being pregnant if you have sex its just like him wearing a condom so you cant get pregnant in the mean time and it does not hurt the baby
