Does anybody remember this movie??? Please?

Ok this is driving me crazy … Its a very old movie.. It was about a mean teacher I believe and aliens and the students would have band-aids in the back of there necks, like the teacher was an alien that did something with the brains and the students where never the same… Hahaha really weird movie does anybody know?

Also in the end it was like at a cave and there was one child that didn’t get infected.. But I remember band-aids for some reason in the back of the neck…
