Answer #1

bubblygurl,

You are not supposed to be on FunAdvice unless you are 18. We all can see that you are very young (second grade). Please don’t come back until you are of age.

Do you know why I say this? Because I care about you, we all care about you, and there are a lot of mean adults that would love to cause you trouble and may hurt you.

Take my advice and wait until you are old enough (18) to be able to protect yourself from the mean ones.

Answer #2

Hmm I learned multiplication and division in the 3rd grade, and I was 6… So I dont see why some of them couldnt learn it, I really wouldnt expect all of them to get it though…

Answer #3

Let’s see…school year ends when? Some where around last part of May or first week in June, right? Ok, so let’s see..today is March 9th, so that means there is only about two months left for school year to be over. It seems to me that teaching division to second graders is right on time.

Answer #4

if is normal super basic division, not at all.. we started learning multiplication and division during the very end of 2nd grade, and really focused on learning it in the 3rd grade.

It depends. If I had learned division that early (my school didn’t teach it until grade 6!!!) it would have made the transition into another school 10x easier!
