Do I tell him I love him

Me and my friend loved eachother in year 8. He moved on but I still really love him. We have had arugments since than and we are now in year 9. Im afraid if I tell him he will avoid me/ fall out with me. (he has in the past) Shall I tell him???

IF YOU DONT TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL THEN HOW WOULD YOU NO IF HE FEEL THE SAME WAY. THEN ON TOP OF THAT YOU WOULD GO THREW LIFE SAYING WOULDA SHOULDA COULDA.

I think you should I mean it will hurt more having theses feelings and keeping them in. I mean if he would run out on you juse because the way you feel then I dont thiink he deserves to have you have the great feelings for him that you do
