Computing science is computer programming; learning computer coding languages, logic, plenty of calculas, writing programs, you do learn about the physical components of the computer but the focus is on its software, not hardware. Information science is more theory; how computers affect the world, economy, everyday life, some programming though minor compared to computer science, you learn to USE programs not write programs, though they are required to take courses learning to write programs. Again, research your school research those programs and majors for that particular school(s).
