please tell me the difference b/n Internet and Intranet
Interntet is used in the world .any one can access the websites in the internet.
but in the intranet ,it is used in the small companies, universities and .intranet can be accessed by the employees of the company ,no one can aceess.
in the internet there are no password all are open.
but in the intranet .there is a security no one can access the data only the user can access ,who have the passwords.
Intranet is usually a networking system within a spesific company or organization e.g. many universities have their own databases where students can download work and information on lecturer
Internet is much wider than that = the world wide web which spans internationally.
Internet is just public... IntrAnet on the other hand is privately acessed... Most schools have an intranet and so do many companies...
