How can I destress when my normal destressers don't work anymore?

I’ve been insanely stressed for month now. Lately been very frustrated too. It’s literally been making me sick…feeling nauseous; back, shoulder, and neck pain-my chiropractor even said my neck is insanely stressed; sharp pains in my side from time to time, headaches, and even messed up my vision the other so things were going in and out of focus. It’s to the point now where I can’t enjoy sex to my normal standards. Sex is usually one of my destresses, as is baths. I haven’t had time for a nice hot bath much lately, but when I have I couldn’t really enjoyed it. I’ve barely peaked while having sex and when I have, they haven’t been as intense. Last night, I actually couldn’t wait for him to finish. That has NEVER happened before. Does anyone have any advice?

My mom started doing yoga a while back. She says it’s done wonders for her. (: Any form of excercise releases feel-good endorphins, I believe, so jogging or dancing would probably help, too.

Yes…YOGA…it is wonderful to destress. The deep breathing while doing stretching exercises pumps a lot of oxygen into your body…the stretching relaxes the muscles…it’s amazing.

Find a good acupuncturist or acupuncture school (they offer cheaper treatments) they do wonders! Exercise and eat healthier it should help too.. yoga is great too!
