I like to read or write my problems down on a piece of paper then rip them up and stuff them in this tiny jar I have. also I listen to music and read.
I use music, mainly something soothing like Secret Garden (it’s a Norwegian duo) or Enigma. You can also use candles, meditation, prayer.
There’s many ways to do it. Run, walk, ride a bike, climb a mountain. Pick something. If you need a little emotional help, though, maybe I can help. :)

Thanks for the answer. If a particular person is stressing me out, I like to write them a letter, kind of venting, and then I put it in and envelope with their name on it. I never send it though, this way I get it out of my mind and on a piece of paper.
I also, like to listen to music and read my favorite books.
