If you're sleeping less than 6 hours a night, it means that you're not getting a healthy amount of sleep and it's very unwise to continue depriving yourself. Sleep is important for many reasons, especially when you're young and your body is still growing. It's not only important for your physical health, but your mental health as well.
Although you may not be feeling the effects right now, not getting enough sleep will catch up with you eventually.
It means you're probably a teen who thinks they have all the answers and are invincible? Lack of sleep is like being on a dr.ug. People who are high or drunk are not generally aware of how much of an effect it is really having. You're doing damage and are not fully functioning, of course the problem with not being fully functioning is that you can't see that you're not fully functioning, it's a weird catch 22.
It could mean that when you are tired you brush it off because you are young, and then when your body gets overly exhausted you dont feel tired. My friend and I stayed up for 4 days 4 nights straight on energy drinks. BAD IDEA... We didnt feel tired, we were running around, but the second we ended up sitting down we passed out for 9 hours... sitting up in chairs....
Lets put it this way, if their was a law "no education" the gangsters will break it by getting an education. Lol my point is we are young and since sleep is important and MUST for a human being we (youth) try to avoid it..
It may mean you have a problem unsolved... ha maybe somethings bothering you! :)
It means you're young and able to handle it but watch out when you're older...
