How do you deal with people neglecting animals?

This guys keeps kicking a dog, what should i do?

Call the ASPCA or local animal control IMMEDIATELY they will take care of it, plus its anonymous. If you don’t call, its only your fault for not helping the animal. Please do this, tell me how everything turns out.

I agree that you should call and report him. Kicking a dog is not a form of discipline, that’s just plain animal cruelty. The dog can’t speak for itself, do the right thing.

id actually call teh police and let them take it through the rspca or what ever its called where you are.

In my country, you can come to their house and ask them why they have neglected their animals. If it is due to the financial that they can not effort the food, then we will usually suggest them to give away the pets. However if it is only a bird or a cat, they are usually asked to set them free.

Animals & pets have feelings to, you know.. They may not be humans, but they do have emotions.. Report those people to the proper authorities.. Who abuse animals..
