  I'm assuming you mean Marijuana. It depends on the person, some people you can not even tell if they are high, while other's it obvious. Usually their eyes aren't fully open, almost squinted (I always laugh at my fiance and make him try and open his eyes REAL wide and he cant lol). Things are more humurous for them. Some people are just relaxed on it and dont forget the Munchies.
