Ima make this short and sweet: im almost 16, and was sexually active been free 4 bout 8-9 months now…evr since I get this strong odor down there, and a milky discharge whitish yellowish…I know somethin is wrong, but I dont wanna go to the doctors cause I dont want them to tell my mom..if somethin is wrong can they tell my mom or no?

It sounds like Chlamydia. (of course I’m no doctor and there can be a variety of other factors… see a gyno) You need to get treatment asap so you don’t become sterile (if it hasn’t happened already)

Your mom is charge of your health and well-being. But a health care provider or gynecologist cannot by law share confidential information with her.

You should find a local planned parenthood clinic and make an appointment ASAP. Don’t be embarrassed, I’m sure the staff will be very supportive.
