My guess is “no” since you have waited a week. What I would do: call their admissions office and they should be able to connect you to a student volunteer to ask about the school, etc.

When I reviewed a few colleges (a long time ago) they had upper class-men involved in the tours, so you could get feedback from actual students, instead of staff who are more inclined to put the best face on things.
