it has virtually no nutritional value and virtually no calories it wont make any difference to you, your behaviour or health, ect if you drink it or not no its not high in protein, it has no protien and its only good if the guy doesnt have a disease thats spread by any fluids
I dont believe that it has protein for us girls. it is just something that guys use against us to get us to do it. well thats how I c it. and I peronally think that it doesnt taste all that great or healthy anyways. lol and I agree with guitargurlxoxoxo lol
