crappy phone

I just got this crappy phone and the thing is tellin me that the smartchip rejected. what does that mean. I startd playin with it to put a pin code and then it started tellin me that. now it does nothin else besides teliin me that the smartchip rejected. what shuld I do?

why would you buy a crappy phone in the 1st place? And you could just try entering all the old info into the new phone

you have to call up the network that your phone is on a tell them to sort it out. Thats what I did
