Yes, because it causes the acids in your stomach to break down food faster; there are many chemicals excreted in your brain so your body works harder to cope with the with stress, also depending on the eating habit, verses fluid intake, for me when I'm stressed I tend to eat less, and drink more which will definitely make it worse. There are many factors to consider, but don't worry too much about it, eat more protein
Thx..well not only my digestive system is being affected..I'm having massive head aches, mood swings, constipation, lose of apetite, Diziness, depression and lack of sleep..etc. What do u think I should do?! Don't tell me to stop stressing! Cuz that won't help
I dOnt each much..even though I'm not stressed out..it's just me..and with the stress..I dunno sometimes I eat a lot and somethimes barely.. U should read the my comment on the first person who answered my question and plz answer me back
