there was actually a girl at my school who was the hottest guy at my school. She sounded like a dude and actually sang the male part in our choir, she was quite dedicated to being a guy, and i didnt know until someone told me it is possible

At the adult age, most women dont really look like guys (butch lesbians generally being the exception). But sure, it happens.
