im not sayiong you should do this but what I would do is stand up to him and ask him what happend at work and if nothing sounds like what you heard well I think it just might be over unless you are super ubsesed with him.just remember there are lots of other fish in the sea.

YES! Confront him right away. There is no reason for that and you obviously know what is going on. He had no business being with another woman (especially your best friend) without you - and moaning noises only happen for one reason.

you need to confront him… just come out and ask for the truth… now only you know exactly what you heard, so none of us can jump to any conclusions… but you just need to ask him about that night… ask him exactly what he did at work… and maybe even talk to your friend about what she was doing that night… I hope all is well… good luck…
