Confiscation

Alright, a couple months back me and my friend bought some hats from Spencer’s that are all black and have the Marijuana leaf imprinted on them. I was wearing it in class, and I always wear hats to school so whatever, anyways, I was wearing it in science class and the teacher confiscates it because its “Drug Paraphernalia”. I’ve been begging him for the past couple months now every time I have his class. Hes made me give him massages for this hat back and he doesn’t want to give it back without my parents getting it, but my parents dont even know I have that hat and I’d get in some deep S*it with them if they found out about it. The teacher told me that he left it in his house and he’ll only bring it if I get my parents to come.

CAN HE EVEN TAKE IT TO HIS HOUSE?! -.-

Please, is there anything I can do to get this hat back. Buying another one isn’t an option cause that hats limited edition…

You def need to speak with someone withing the school admin. He can confiscate the hat for being against school rules ( nothing gang or drug related) and they are supposed to keep in within the confines of the school, not take it home with him (which he may be BSing about) most are given back at the end of the school year, but can’t be real sure about that kind of material. He CAN NOT (and here’s where the school should def be brought in) make you touch him in any way to obtain your own property. He sounds like he has some issues. you may use the fact that he is asking you touch him as an advantage. Either he gives you the hat back—the school finds out about these very strange requests. Just make sure someone is in the room with you when you tell him. Either with you or just in the room—that way he can’t go off on you. I would have a friend standing beside me if it were me. Btw, has anyone been around when he’s asked you to give him “massages”!?

I believe that is true about your parents do have to come get it, but also too he should not take it home cause thats not his property. And another thing you said he makes you massage him to get your hat back? That doesnt sound right. I would say tell the principal cause what he’s doing is not right but then if you are worried about your parents finding out then I don’t know. I believe he is holding this hat over you as an advantage to make you do things that you you shouldnt be doing for him in the first place.
