What's this stinging pain in my chest?

Sometimes I get this pain in mychest and it’s like a singinging pain. I kind of can’t explain it, but whenever I breath in it hurts so bad. One night I was lying down watching t.v and it started hurting and it just got worse and worse to where I had to take little tiny breaths real fast to breathe. Anybody know what is wrong with me.

I used to get this deep pain in my thorax area. I had many different diagnosis but were all wrong. After 4 years we discovered I had gall stones. My gallbladder was taken out and I am cured. The pain came from having extremely greasy foods or spicey foods. I would be up hours at a time at night. See a gastroenterologist.

it is not angina pain.. do you have cough,sputum or any other resp problems? if you dont have it then it must be A simple heart burn or a gastro esophageal reflux desease or it may be a referred pain

It didn’t happen to me all the time either until I had some really spicey food or sometimes alcohol.

Sounds like pluresiy or maybe even pneumonia , best to go have yourself checked now , instead of letting it get worse
