Chemically staigtening hair!!

has anyone every chemically straightened your hair.. wht happened is it dead?? bc I am suppose to get it done but I dont want my hair to end up like everyone is saying

Answer #1

There is a big risk of burning and turn to frizziness…

The Chemicals involved are very harsh, and some people have sensitive hair!

If it is to be done, my best suggestion would be to consult a professional, or if you do decide to do it at home, be mindful of the brand & chems in it.

Also, do not deviate from instructions, as it may provide an undesireable result!

Answer #2

I ‘chemically’ straighten my hair

I have black people hair

so we use a special cream

and your hair stays straight

for about 4-6 weeks

it wont end up frizzy if you look after it

and get it done properly.

Answer #3

yeah I got that done and it killed my hair. I had too shave all of my hair off. hence my its so short now.

Answer #4

if you get a professional to do it and use the right products it will turn out ok but before you do ask the person who cuts your hair or another pro if your hairtype can handle it
