I'm pretty sure you can't.
I "checked in" on there as well, and I do not see any option to change your birth date. It's just a one time game anyway, I mean...you go through a couple of levels, and it's over. You can play again, but it will be the same thing.
Honestly, I don't see a need to change your birth date. Also, you have to be 18 to check in...so you wouldn't be able to put your correct birth date in anyway since you are under 18.
