Cell phone contract
How old do you have to be to sign a contract with like cingular??? Cause my friend is 16 and went &; signed one.

well cingular/att have a go phone monthly plan and they don’t credit check or and e thng like that..mayb if you had a debit card you wud b all set.. because my friend and I both did that and I was 15 or 16..it was actually good though! like no ovr charge or nuthn
In the US you can’t legally sign a contract by yourself unless you are 18…you can sign with an adult (potentially) at a younger age, but you can’t legally sign a contract until you are over the age of majority.
I would have said 16 or 18 and if they have strict policies the person who gave her the contract could get done. I know you can have oone at any age, I had one at 13 but I dont know how old you have to be to actually have it in your name
