CDL Driving with a record

I recently ran into trouble back in january ‘08. at first they tried to charge me with felony aggrivated assault. they dropped that to simple assault, and gave me 1 year supervised probation. I violated that by having a firearm in my possesion, and spent 22 days in county, and 45 days on an ankle bracelet. I am off the bracelet now, and am cleared by the county probation to do OTR driving if need be. problem is no one will even consider me cause of the probation. I NEED HELP, I NEED TO WORK!!! anyone know of any companies in the Allentown PA area? screw it, I’ll do OTR or regional. this point I dont care. im almost considering to buy a truck, but b/c no one is talking to me, im a little reluctant to do that. I have NEVER been in trouble with the law in my life, and now it seems to be screwing with my career. THIS SUCKS, HELP!!!

Please clarify if there is a felony on your record.

no, there are no felonies, but misdemeanors. 4 to be exact; simple assault M1, terroristic threats, M1, reckless endangering, M2 and disorderly conduct, M3
