Which category does questions about the law, court, etc... belong in?

Umm well from what perspective? If your asking about certain laws and how they apply to us it would probably belong in general knowledge but if your talking about laws and courts as in you’re a lawyer or something along those lines it probably belongs in jobs&money.

We really do need a category for that one, depending on the topic of the question i usually put them in “general knowledge” or “politics”.

It depends on the specific question…emancipation, for example, belongs under parents and family, traffic violations can go under automotive, general law questions, though, go under politics for the most part, and when in doubt - go general knowledge…I’ll come along and recategorize it anyway, lol

When I think of politics…I think of presidents, elections, government, etc…

I think we should have a category for crimes, or law or something like that. My question doesn’t seem to fit in any category besides general knowledge, I wish there was a more specific one…lol.

cops are part of the government, and law pertains to the government… but yes, i do see what you mean…

We already have too many categories as it is, and officially, law is a branch of government, which is why we place it under politics.
