Does my cat have cancer or a tumor?

She is about 12 years old. We found her when she what about 2 years old & she is not fixed & does not have her shots for all I know. She acts healthy still running around & eats normal. The way she acts is normal & healthy. I know she is not gassy because thats what people keep telling me but he stomach is Hard & she is skinny but it looks like she swallowed a melon whole & has lumps. I am scared for her. But If anyone has experience with their cats like this.., Or knows if she should be on a certain diet all answers are helpful. Thank you :)

um..go to the vet. we thought my cat was just stressed when he started getting skinny..he acted fine, but had a stomach tumor. :l

She has distension. Distension can be caused by excess fluid (usually blood) building up in the abdomen, bacterial infection, ingestion of things like rat poison, enlargement of internal organs, etc. The verdict is quite simple - regardless of what may be causing the distension, your cat needs medical attention ASAP.
