Lots and lots of carbon build up in the engine. That’s a bad thing. Somebody on here is more of a mechanic than I am and will supply the details.

in that movie kingpin it caused quite a bit of damage as I remember I think it breaks your car

it causes it to crystalise an then the crystals block the fuel filter causin probs lol
