Does anyone know what cann!bal food (humans) looks like?

so im writing a short story about cannibals and im having a hard time describing what the actual food lookes like, because i have no idea how a cannibal would make his food. i have no idea if its like chicken wings or some sort of mushy soup. any ideas?

In the horror movies I’ve seen (a lot) they just kill the human and eat it as is. Examples, cutting out it’s organs, ripping off of it’s limbs or maybe cooking it over fire or something but they never make it into actual food.

guess ill have to get creative. i was thinking of describing it more as a soupish type of thing because i cant just describe it outright as cannibal food, because the main character doesnt have any idea, and needs to think shes eating regular food.

I guess you could cook it as you would meat. If you watched the Hannibal the Cannibal movies, he actually cooks it, serves it on plates all nice and decorated like food a person going to a high-class restaurant would order. Of course, Hannibal Lecter was a rather sophisticated cannibal, I’d imagine other cannibals aren’t quite so.

Ok, I have spent a lot of time dissecting human bodies and all I can say is it looks a lot like any other meat
