Can you help me with my mp3 player?

I have a new mp3 player I got from a friend and I went to sync it to my computer it keeps saying wmpinfo for the sing title then it says it is unsupported what do I do?

If you can’t get a hold of the CD-Rom for drivers,… Turn the MP3 player on, Find whatever the MP3 settings are listed as, Once you find it Look for the option tittled “ USB settings” Or something like that, But it should mention USB Then, If you have found this, Switch it’s current USB setting to another option, Next, Turn off the MP3 player, And turn it back on, Plug it into the computer, Click the “My computer” Icon Look for something like Removable D: Removable E: Or even Removable F: If one of these is listed, Or something that wasn’t there when the MP3 was not plugged into the computer, Then click the new icon From there, Follow the paths til you find where the songs are stored, This will be the folder that you will put your music into

it should have came with a cd room so ask your friend 4 it
