Can you give me some Relaxation methods?

Ok so I have a singing competition- my first one- in a couple of months. And I’m already worried about it!

Can you please give me some strategies to relax?

Just think of this.

Nervousness makes a horrible performance. Confidence makes a great performance.

Well make sure youre prepared. When you’re ready for something, relaxation comes naturally. After that, do stuff you love to get your mind off your nerves, go to the movies, hang out with friends, read a book or work on something else. Thats what I do. (: Good luck,

um I just listen to music (my chemical romance)if im nervous or depressed but if your like on stage and getting ready to sing it will help if you look at your shoes no im jk but maybe you could try to think about someone hot(gerard way)

Singing In Front Of People Isn’t So Bad…One Thing I Do Is I Try And Not Let People see That I’m Nervous, By Doing That It Makes You Feel Less Nervous…It Really Helps…And Also…If You Really Love To Sing Then Don’t Pay Any Attention To The Crowd When You Are Preforming. In The Beginning It Really Is Just About The Music. So Sing It The Best you Can And Forget About The Crowd. And Practice. Work on Your Range and Dynamics, Those Are Very Important and will Help You. If You Perfect the Song You Won’t Be Nervous Because You Know That You Can Sing It. I Hope I Helped:) Good Luck
