Why can't I sync movies on my iPod?

I’ve tried putting a couple of movies from itunes to ipod, but I wont work, please help?

Hi, Here are the directions from Apple:

Connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes. Select your iPod in the DEVICES section of the iTunes Source list. Select the Movies tab and select the option to sync all movies, selected movies, or a certain number recent unwatched movies. Click Apply and iTunes will begin syncing the content you’ve selected to your iPod.

hi, I tried it but it says sync completed but doesnot include movies…
