How can I get a job?
Hi I hope you can help. I am 44 years old. I have been in the restaurant business for 12 + years,and customer service for 8 + years. Last year 2006 August My 77 yr old Mother, called me to say older brother was yelling at her & giving her a hard time.I had just got off work. Long hard hot day. I go over there to her home, brother beat me up, I go to jail. Never been in trouble before. Now I have a felnoy record.Adjucication was withheld…Finished probation no problem. Now I can’t get a good job.:(
Ok, what you need to do is be totally honest with any potenial employer, tell them exactly what happened and that it is over with and there is someone out there who will hire you. You may ned to start small and prove yourself, but hey a job is a job! Good Luck
