Can I do this?

I want to lose around 2 though 4 pounds in my belly how do I do that in 1 day???

hahah well you can do a lot of coke, I;ve lost 8-10 lbs in one night li ke that. IM JUST KIDDING DONT DO THAT! um, I would suggest using a stool-softener. give it 6-12 hours and eat fruit, it will clear our your bowels and your tummy will be flat. drink some water too. the best one is in this orange/yellow box called Seneknot-S or something, make sure it has the S at the end, because regular seneknot is not that good and it’s a laxative so you’re gunna be pooing water not digested food. which is useless and you’ll be bloated as all hell. poofy eyes and swollen face and all. it costs $8 and change for a box of 10. I usually take 3, plus a diet tea I drink, and these mega-T green tea diet pills with hoodia. keeps my weight stable no matter if I binge or not. if you got questions let me know okay? it works for me. let me know if you have questions, wouldn’t want you to be spending the day on the toilet lol but hey that’s the only way!

For a “safe” /“healthy” weight loss, it should be about 2-3lbs a week, not a day. If you want it in a day and don’t care about health, you could try acidburn87’s aproach. Good Luck

well I think you can becasue I do it sometimes (but I dont actually know how ) I play soccer and do a lot of crunches if that helps :)

You really cant..not trying to be mean aim for that in a week and even if you do lose it in a day its problie water weight which will come bakk so just work out and eat health and try to lose it in a week
