It is best to have a shower because if you have a yeast infection and you take a bath your body dirt is floating in the water you are sitting in which of course would not be hygeintic if you have an infection; Go to the drugstore and ask the drugest for an over the counter yeast infection cure (usual to insert applicator with oval yeast medicine into female part before bed) lasting for three to five days usual before infection is gone.

Yep, I have. It doesn’t spread the yeast anywhere, I’ve even asked my doctor…you’ll be fine.
