Can a laptop computer stay on overnight?
Can a laptop computer stay on overnight? I’m wondering, since, I own a laptop and this is my first computer, and its an HP, I was just wondering if I could try one night of leaving it on since I don’t have any problems with it. I never leave it on but, eventually I would like to try to leave it on for one night and no more. So, would it be alright to leave my laptop on for one night? Let me know. Oh! I don’t own a desktop just the laptop that I’m typing on right now and since I don’t own a desktop, I think that laptops are great.
one night wont do your laptop any harm, but because they get warm really easily, its not nescessarily good fot them, because theyre relativly small, unlike desktops, there isnt a lot of space for air to circulate, so it will heat up quite quickly.
HPs heat up very easily… (I’ve had two, same problem) it is not smart to leave them on all night…
Its not very good to leave it on - but doing it for one night probley wont do much damage. It’ll just get super hot.
