Is it safe to cut my calories like this?
Is it safe for me to go through the whole day without eating and then at about 5,6,or 7 o’clock eat five hundred calories or less?
Dear toosexy, NO…this isn’t a good idea. We spend about 8 hours sleeping…when we awake our bodies are needing nutrition so this is when we eat are biggest meal. As the day goes on if we don’t eat the body feels you are starving it and goes into a neat little mode: It stores anything it can so it won’t go hungry. If you eat your meal at night when we are less active the body…is in this neat mode will hoard all the calories. This results in a slower metabolism and less calories burned. If you want to loose weight without having the body think it’s in the starving mode you need to eat a good breakfast, a little snack, a lunch that is light but contains enough to keep the body happy…than a little snack and then a light supper. You fool the body to believe it will get food when it needs it so it won’t keep all these calories but begin to burn them. It may seem strange eating more to loose more but that’s just the way our bodies are. Sue…good luck
It would be more beneficial to try to eat fruit in the evening or something with a little substance without the extra calories and carbs, then during the day eat at least one full balanced meal. You will burn off the calories from meals earlier in the day , but meals in the evening won’t burn off so easy and can become fatty more often.
u shouldnt be doing what ur doing u can die . i think u should make ur luch very carefully and neat and take it to school and eat healthy. u can make a chicken sandwich a drink , u can have a salad , dont eat big means . If u go out to eat eat anything ., but when ur full stop eating so u can have a littel bit of energy in ur self. also stay on a diet a very healthy one to . One time a week break the rules of the diet eat anything have a treat u deserve it . excirse to

no, no way. that is soooooooooooo unsafe. if you want to lose weight, just dont eat a lot and do excersize!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO EXCERSIZE!!!!!!!! a few days ago i came across a site and it had before and after pics of weight loss, and someone lost 90 pounds just by visiting a gym often and DOING EXCERSIZE! I’M WARNING YOU, IF YOU CONTINUE TO CUT YOUR CALORIES LIKE THIS, BELIEVE ME, YOU’RE GONNA HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM!!!!!!!
