My Boyfriend Is In Prison In Tracy , He Just Got Extradited From Oklahoma And May Be Gettinq C.O.P’ed (Continued On Parole) But He Already Filed For An Interstate Compact To Come Back Here To Oklahoma . How Would That Work ?

That all depends on your state, and why he got extradited and what his charges are and how well he’s behaved himself in prison…however if they chose to let him come back to oklahama and finish out his sentence there…that would be exactly what he would do.
