Bumpy nose

I have had spots on my nose for about 5 years and have never been able to get rid of them. They are the same colour as my skin and seem too have become part of the shape of my nose. What can I use to get rid of them?

Well are they freckles or pimples?? Because if there pimples them put acne creme on them. Freckles..well you can’t do naything bout thise ecept makeup!! If not any of those then there just supposed to be there!!
