Bt Homehub and Youtube.com HELP

hi, most times when I upload a video on youtube my bt homehub turns off and the power light flashes on and off then it goes on but I have to restart uploading video again! can anyone solve this? (this happens most times but luckily I have got some videos on).

I’d talk to bt…that’s your ISP, right? Eg, if you’re paying a subscription, it alwasy includes customer support.

Though, my guess is…it’s a power / electrical issue, as it sounds like your (router?) is powering down, which can’t be good.
