Me and my boyfriend often have an awkward silence over the phone and I cant think of any good conversations…what can we talk about?

It’s normal to have some silence especially if you talk often and for a very long time. I think the best thing to do is when the conversation starts dwindling down you should say good bye and call him another day. That way neither of you get bored or feel uncomfortable. Here are a few basic conversation topics: how the person is feeling today, what they did, did they see anyone interesting, did like what they did, what they plan for tomorrow, if they have heard anything interesting or new, anything related to their hobbies.
