my dog does that too…idk why…maybe it’s cuz younger dogs are more playful or walk differently than older dogs. My dog’s 1…so if yours is a pup or 1 or 2 this could prob be the reason. Or maybe he thinks it’s fun or just runs like that and can’t help him. He could possibly have a sore or cut on his foot or something too. Has he done this ever since or has he just started a while ago? Hope this helped…
